BASE keeps sensitive life data permission-based: documents, finance, wellness, tasks, and calls should only move between agents after your approval.
What BASE stores
- Email, name, interface language, country, currency, and account settings.
- Data you add yourself: tasks, documents, receipts, expenses, wellness notes, call prep, and agent messages.
- Original files and extracted text or metadata when you upload documents.
- Technical events used for reliability, abuse prevention, and support.
Permission-first agent sharing
Document, Finance, Wellness, Organizer, Mentor, and Action contexts are treated as separate surfaces. Sensitive details should not be passed from one agent to another unless you confirm the action.
Service providers
- AI model providers for processing user requests.
- Hosting, database, storage, and security infrastructure.
- Payments through approved payment providers when subscriptions launch.
- Calling and transcription providers only when you use call features.
Your controls
- Export your account data from Profile.
- Delete your account and stored app data from Profile.
- Revoke optional permissions or integrations when available.
- Contact support for privacy requests.
Draft policy for product development. Final App Store and production policy should be reviewed before launch.
